Based on University Order No. 22678\/16\/9 on July 15, 2024, Dr. Ali Adna Yahya, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has been promoted from the rank of instructor to the rank of assistant professor. In turn, the Deanship of the College, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim, has been promoted.
