On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, Professor Dr. Muhammad Ezzat Fadel, one of the teachers of the public law branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the committee discussing the master\u2019s thesis entitled (Secrecy of Governmental Procedures and their Impact on the Effectiveness of Parliamentary Oversight) by the student Istabraq Nihad Shukr \/ College of Law at Anbar University, and she was approved. The discussion committee submitted the student\u2019s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a master\u2019s degree in private law.
