The work of the development course held by the Continuing Education Unit, entitled \u201cAdvancing Administrative Work\u201d, continues at the Faculty of Law at the University for the second day in a row on Monday, July 29, 2024, with Assistant Professor Dr. Rawaa Younis Al-Najjar, one of the lecturers in the Private Law Department at our college, giving her scientific lecture entitled \u201cChallenging Competency Reports and Performance Evaluation\u201d, in which she addressed the concept of the public employee, his basic conditions, duties and job obligations, as well as the concepts of job performance, evaluation, performance evaluation and the job performance adequacy report, with an explanatory presentation of the model employee information form approved by the Faculty of Law, as well as a model for the evaluation form.
