The College of Law at the University of Mosul concludes on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, the work of its development course held by the Continuing Education Unit, entitled \u201cAdvancing Administrative Work,\u201d with Dr. Nawar Najib Tawfiq, one of the lecturers in the Public Law Department at our college, giving his scientific lecture in which he addressed the concept of a public employee, the conditions for his appointment, his legally defined duties, and his rights. The disciplinary, civil, and criminal responsibilities of a public employee were also addressed, with reference to the administrative decision, its conditions, and its provisions.
