Assistant Professor Dr. Rafel Hassan Hamid, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Monday, August 26, 2024, in the membership of the committee to discuss the doctoral thesis entitled \u201cConsultation of Constitutional Institutions over the Federal General Budget in Iraq and Their Role in Combating Financial Corruption – A Comparative Analytical Study \/ University of Kuwai. The discussion committee approved the above thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in public law.
