Assistant Professor Dr. Raeda Muhammad Mahmoud, one of the lecturers of the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, in the membership of the committee to discuss the doctoral thesis entitled Civil Liability Resulting from the Publishing and Distribution of Rumors via Social Media – A Comparative Study by the researcher Zahraa Salem Sabri \/ College of Law at Tikrit University.
