Dr. Radwan Hashim Hamdoun, one of the lecturers of the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, headed the committee to discuss the master’s thesis entitled (Legal Regulation of Special Purpose Companies \/ Comparative Study) for the researcher Masoud Abdullah Qader \/ College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk. The discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a master’s degree in private law.
