Professor Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad Abdullah, one of the lecturers of the Private Law Department \/ Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, and Dr. Raeda Muhammad Mahmoud \/ College of Law at the University of Mosul participated on Thursday, October 3, 2024, in the membership of the committee to discuss the doctoral thesis entitled Suspending the transfer of real estate ownership on payment of the price in investment residential complexes – a comparative study by researcher Nada Sager Nasser \/ College of Law at Tikrit University. The discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in private law. The lecturers of our college were also honored with two certificates of appreciation by Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, President of Tikrit University.
