A doctoral thesis in the private law branch on procedural duties in civil litigation\/comparative study,,,
\nOn Tuesday, October 15, 2024, the private law branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a doctoral thesis on procedural duties in civil litigation\/comparative study, part of which was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and a number of members of the College Council and its lecturers.<\/p>\n

The thesis submitted by researcher Rasim Muhammad Sabry in the private law branch dealt with the person who acquires the description of the opponent by the availability of the capacity in requesting judicial protection, which is a stage prior to the judicial claim, as when the legislator determines the rights and legal positions that he wants to protect, he determines the persons who have the right to request this protection.<\/p>\n

The thesis aims to show that procedural duties are a set of procedural actions specified exclusively and enumerated and appear in the form of compliance with a procedural right or a legal authority, the purpose of which is to conduct regular civil lawsuit procedures and achieve the public and private interest, and failure to do so results in a procedural penalty.
\nThe discussion committee was headed by Professor Dr. Yasser Basem Dhnoon, and included Professor Dr. Faris Ali Omar, Assistant Professor Dr. Aqeel Majeed Taha, Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Obaid Awad, and the membership and supervision of Professor Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef.\"\"\"\"\"\"<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
