Headed by Dr. Muhammad Abbas Hamoudi and membership of Dr. Nawfal Ali Abdullah, Dr. Talal Abdul Hussein and Dr. Anas Mahmoud Khalaf, the Seminars Committee for the Public Law Branch met on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, and discussed the project to register the thesis of the doctoral student Nour El-Din Muhammad Elias under the supervision of Dr. Abbas Fadel Saeed and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch.
