Assistant Professor Dr. Adi Muhammad Redha, one of the lecturers in the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Thursday, October 17, 2024, in the work of the development course entitled Employee Efficiency, which was held by the Continuing Education Unit in our college, by giving a specialized scientific lecture on the duties of the employee under the State Employees Discipline Law and the Code of Professional Conduct, in which he addressed the concepts of public office and employee and their definitions, and the duties and obligations of the public employee under the laws, regulations and instructions related to the public office. The course witnessed the participation of a number of employees working in state departments and institutions and the public sector, as the course aims to develop skills and capabilities related to the performance of the public employee in a way that contributes to achieving accuracy in work and speed in accomplishment. This lecture comes within the programs of the above course and its plans, which come within a series of development courses that will be held by the Continuing Education Unit in our college during the current academic year 2024-2025.\"\"\"\"<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
