Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law, the work of the development course entitled Employee Efficiency continues in our college, where Dr. Ahmed Faris Idris, Rapporteur of the Human Rights Law Branch, gave a specialized scientific lecture on Sunday, October 20, 2024, on defining the importance of time and investing it in administrative work, which is reflected in the accuracy of work and the speed of its completion.
