In the presence of His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Haitham Abu Saeed, Head of the International Council for Human Rights Mission to the United Nations and the members of the International Council for Human Rights Unit in Nineveh, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, inaugurated, via electronic space, the work of the international scientific symposium held by the International Council for Human Rights Unit entitled (The Role of Academic Institutions in Promoting Human Rights).
