With the participation of a number of members of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, legal experts, representatives of all Iraqi governorates, and community and legal organizations, Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, one of the lecturers of the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Saturday, October 26, 2024, in the work of the First Annual Constitutional Forum, where a number of articles of the Iraqi Constitution of 2005 that are to be amended were discussed, with reference to the most important obstacles and challenges facing this, as well as referring to the efforts made to achieve the amendment.
