Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law, the work of the development course entitled Employee Efficiency continues in our college, where Dr. Ahmed Faris Idris, Rapporteur of the Human Rights Law Department, gave his scientific lecture on Sunday, November 3, 2024, entitled ((The Mechanism for Monitoring the Legitimacy of the Administrative Decision)), which includes the most important legal methods for challenging the administrative decision in terms of administrative and judicial oversight aspects.
