Assistant Professor Dr. Adi Muhammad Redha Younis, one of the lecturers in the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Wednesday 12\/18\/2024 in the membership of the committee to discuss the doctoral thesis entitled (The Role of Non-Governmental Humanitarian Organizations in Protecting Victims of Armed Conflicts_Barzani Charity Foundation as a Model) for the student Razi Saleh Muhammad \/ College of Law, Soran University. The discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in public law.
