Dr. Yassin Maysar Aziz, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Sunday, December 15, 2024, in the membership of the committee to discuss the doctoral thesis entitled (International Responsibility for the Construction of Dams on International Rivers) for the researcher Mandan Saad Al-Din Muhammad Saeed \/ College of Law and Political Science at Soran University. The discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in public law.
