In view of the distinguished scientific efforts made by Professor Dr. Muhammad Abbas Hamoudi, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, through developing the work of the Applied Court and organizing awareness and educational courses and lectures for the college students, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul.
