In view of the distinguished scientific efforts made by Dr. Suha Hamid Salim, one of the lecturers of the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, by giving a specialized scientific lecture entitled Legal and Institutional Protection to Confront Administrative and Financial Corruption in the workshop held by the Dams and Water Resources Research Center, she was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Dr. Qutaiba Tawfiq Al-Yuzbaki, Director of the Center above.
