Under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and with the follow-up of Dr. Suhaib Khaled Jassim and Dr. Ikram Faleh Ahmed, and based on the memorandum of understanding with the Popular Aid Organization and within the project to enhance the right to fair trials, improve detention conditions, and abolish torture, and with the participation of law colleges representing four Iraqi universities (Baghdad, Mosul, Basra, and Babylon), our college student team participated on Friday, January 10, 2024, in the final celebration of the Law Colleges Student Research Competition in Iraq, which resulted in our college students’ research obtaining first and second place, in addition to other research obtaining advanced ranks among the first 20 researches out of 69 participating researches. The above participation and its distinguished results express the tireless efforts of the deanship of our college, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students to strive and advance the scientific process in our college, our university, and our Iraq, whose land witnessed the first human civilizations that taught humanity Various types of sciences and knowledge,,,
