PhD thesis in the private law branch on the legal system for permission in financial rights<\/p>\n

On Thursday, June 30, 2022, the Private Law Branch of the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a doctoral thesis on the legal system of permission in financial rights, part of which was attended by Assistant Professor Dr.The thesis submitted by the student Suhaib Amer Salem in the private law branch dealt with the permission, which means removing the impediment and freeing one’s hand in the money or disposing of it so that others cannot use, exploit or dispose of those rights except with the approval of the one who has the authority over those rights. There was a restriction on the disposal with which to allow it the approval of the one whose permission the legislator required.<\/p>\n

The thesis aims to clarify the elements of the permission, its legal adaptation and its origin.<\/p>\n

The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein, with the membership of Prof. Burke Faris Hussein, Dr. Amer Ashour Abdullah, Prof. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad, and the membership and supervision of Prof. Yosra Walid Ibrahim.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
