In the annual celebration organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the occasion of Iraqi Legislation Day, corresponding to January 15, 2025, which was held at the College of Law at the University of Baghdad, His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honored the experienced professor, Dr. Amer Abdul Fattah Al-Jumard, with a certificate of appreciation presented on his behalf by Professor Dr. Adnan Al-Jumaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Administrative Affairs. This honor included a group of pioneering and distinguished professors in the field of law from various Iraqi universities who played a prominent role in supporting the legal educational process and supporting the legislative process in the ministry.
