The activities of the Legal Clinic at the College of Law at the University of Mosul continued with the delivery of a specialized scientific lecture by Professor Dr. Yasser Basem Dhnoon, Professor of Evidence Law and Civil Procedures, on Monday, February 17, 2025, to a number of students in the second, third and fourth stages, which dealt with the mechanism of filing a civil lawsuit, with an explanation of a number of aspects related to legal facts that played a role in enriching the theoretical aspect of our dear students.
