In the interest of the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul to communicate and interact with the colleges of the University of Mosul and its research centers, and within the framework of the continuous endeavor by the Center for Peacebuilding and Peaceful Coexistence at the University of Mosul to contribute to achieving and sustaining peace away from unrest and violence, Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed \/ Human Rights Law Branch and Dr. Qabas Hassan Awad \/ Public Law Branch participated in the work of the second expert verification session held by the Council on Sunday, February 16, 2025, in which the guide prepared by the center was discussed, which deals with indicators and measures of peace in Iraq. The session witnessed the participation of a group of specialized academics and directors of government departments concerned with the subject and representatives of civil society organizations, in addition to the center’s staff.<\/div>\n
