In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Sarmed Riyadh Abdul Hadi \/ Diwan of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the master’s student in the Human Rights Law Department, Muhammad Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College.
