Dr. Sivan Bakrad Mesrob, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the scientific symposium entitled \u201cConstitutional Problems and Issues Pending between the Federal Authorities and the Kurdistan Region\u201d, which was held by the Legal and Political Research Center at the University of Duhok in cooperation with the Federal Research Center at the University of Duhok. The participation was represented by a research paper entitled \u201cAmending the Federal Constitution in Light of the Balance between the Federal and Regional Authorities\u201d.
