In view of the distinguished efforts made by Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus Yahya and Lecturer Dr. Muhammad Fawzi Zaidan \/ Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law, University of Mosul, in the work of the workshop entitled Scientific Promotions and their Requirements, which was held by the Central Committee for Scientific Promotions in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at Al-Hamdaniya University, they were honored with two letters of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Khazal Yassin Mustafa, Assistant President of Al-Hamdaniya University for Scientific Affairs.
