A training course on the importance of implementing the Emergency Law in exceptional circumstances. Dr. Ahmed Faris Idris, the rapporteur of the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in a training course entitled “The Importance of Implementing the Emergency Law in Exceptional Circumstances,” which was held by the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul from March 16-20, 2025.
