In recognition of the distinguished role of Professor Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Al-Jubouri, Assistant Dean of the College for Administrative and Financial Affairs and Professor of Public International Law at the College of Law, University of Mosul, through his contribution, along with a group of international law professors in Iraq, to \u200b\u200bthe preparation of a draft international convention against hatred, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation from the esteemed Prime Minister, Engineer Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani. It is worth noting that the aforementioned committee was assigned its duties pursuant to Diwani Order No. 23908 of 2023.
