A doctoral thesis in the Public Law Department on the administrative judicial policy in the Iraqi Council of State \/ A comparative study.<\/div>\n
On Sunday, May 4, 2025, the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a doctoral thesis on the administrative judicial policy in the Iraqi Council of State \/ A comparative study. Professor Dr. Abdulaziz Ramadan Ali, Dean of the College of Law, and several members of the College Council and faculty members attended the discussion.<\/div>\n
The thesis, submitted by student Khalil Ali Khalil in the Public Law Department, addressed administrative judicial policy, which goes beyond resolving any dispute to laying the foundations for resolving disputes and conflicts brought before the judiciary. This is a well-established judicial approach, which is of paramount importance to the administrative judiciary. The thesis aims to demonstrate that the judiciary, whether administrative or dual, requires the existence of specialized courts to adjudicate administrative disputes, as well as the necessity of special legal rules governing administrative activity. Furthermore, the most important characteristics of a dual judiciary are the independence of the judicial bodies of the administrative judiciary from the bodies of the regular judiciary. Furthermore, a minimum set of laws is required. The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Badr Hamada Saleh, and included Assistant Professor Dr. Naktal Ibrahim Abdel Rahman, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Ahmed, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Reda, and Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Hussein Abdul Nour Hadi, with the membership and supervision of Professor Dr. Qidar Abdul Qader Saleh.\"\"\"\"\"\"<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
