Professor Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Rubaie, a faculty member at the College of Law, University of Mosul, participated as a member of the doctoral dissertation defense committee at the College of Law and Political Science, University of Kirkuk. The dissertation, by researcher Hussein Fathi Majbal Al-Obaidi, was titled:<\/p>\n

\u201cManaging Public Facilities in the Digital Age.\u201d The defense took place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, in the Hammurabi Hall, College of Law and Political Science, University of Kirkuk.<\/p>\n
