On Thursday, December 11, 2025, the doctoral dissertation submitted by student Dilshad Ahmed Muhi Al-Din Zangana at the College of Law, University of Mosul, entitled:<\/p>\n

\u201cTermination of Contracts: A Comparative Analytical Study,\u201d was discussed. The dissertation aims to study the legal provisions for the termination of traditional contracts.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, December 11, 2025, the doctoral dissertation submitted by student Dilshad Ahmed Muhi Al-Din Zangana at the College of Law, University of Mosul, entitled:<\/p>\n

\u201cTermination of Contracts: A Comparative Analytical Study,\u201d was discussed. The dissertation aims to study the legal provisions for the termination of traditional and electronic contracts, whether through specific performance or compensation. It also analyzes the legal grounds that lead to the voluntary or involuntary termination of a contract, identifying shortcomings in these provisions and proposing appropriate legislative solutions. Furthermore, the study highlights the protection of the weaker party in contracts and proposes legal texts to guarantee this protection.<\/p>\n

The thesis included an in-depth study of the distinction between contract termination and other forms of obligation termination, such as rescission, nullity, and dissolution, and an explanation of the impact of these provisions on the stability of transactions and the guarantee of rights between the parties.<\/p>\n
