Within the movement of scientific research and legal writing at the Faculty of Law at Mosul University, Dar Noon for printing and publishing has been released by Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Ezzat Fadel, one of the lecturers of the General Law Branch in our college, are scientific authors (Reform requirements according to the constitution \/ Program) Governmental constitutional analytical study), and the higher achievement comes within a series Legal and research studies aimed at presenting all that is new and updated in the field of general and precise legal specialty.<\/p>\n
