Introduction:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Imam Al-Hussein bin Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him) is one of the most prominent historical and humanitarian figures who left a profound impact on the course of Islamic and human civilization. Through his stances and principles, he embodied the highest meanings of justice, dignity, freedom, and reform, to the extent that his uprising became an intellectual, moral, and legal school from which societies draw their highest human values. His stand at Karbala was not merely a passing historical event; rather, it was a universal declaration rejecting injustice, deviance, and defending human rights and dignity.<\/span><\/p>\n

First: The Character of Imam Al-Hussein from a Legal and Sharia Perspective<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The character of Imam Al-Hussein (peace be upon him) was distinguished by a set of qualities that made him a symbol of social reform and human justice, the most prominent of which are:<\/span><\/p>\n
