This was achieved by analyzing legal issues related to judicial jurisdiction, applicable law, proof of legal transactions, and dispute resolution, while drawing on comparative experiences and modern international trends. The aim was to propose legal solutions that contribute to the development of national legislation, particularly Iraqi legislation, in a manner that keeps pace with the demands of the digital economy and technological transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">The thesis aimed to establish a legal framework that defines the position of blockchain technology within the provisions of private international law, based on its decentralized and cross-border nature.
