{"id":49537,"date":"2026-09-02T12:49:26","date_gmt":"2026-09-02T12:49:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uomosul.edu.iq\/en\/rights\/?p=49537"},"modified":"2026-09-02T12:49:26","modified_gmt":"2026-09-02T12:49:26","slug":"masters-thesis-at-the-college-of-law-discusses-the-administrative-regulation-of-sports-bodies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uomosul.edu.iq\/en\/rights\/2026\/09\/02\/masters-thesis-at-the-college-of-law-discusses-the-administrative-regulation-of-sports-bodies\/","title":{"rendered":"Master&#8217;s Thesis at the College of Law Discusses the Administrative Regulation of Sports Bodies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">The College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed, on\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">Tuesday, September 1, 2026<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">, the master&#8217;s thesis titled\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">&#8220;Administrative Regulation of Sports Bodies \u2013 A Comparative Study&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0, presented by the student\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">Mar&#8217;i Amer Mar&#8217;i Al-Rubaie<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">The thesis addressed the administrative regulation of sports bodies by clarifying the concept of sports bodies and their legal nature, the legal foundations upon which they rely in exercising their competencies, as well as examining the administrative regulation of governmental and non-governmental sports bodies at both the international and national levels, and indicating the extent to which they enjoy administrative and financial independence.
