In the presence of Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, Professor of Evidence and Civil Pleadings Law, Head of the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, headed by Dr. Mustafa Natiq Saleh and the membership of Dr. Muhannad Ibrahim Ali and Dr. Bushra Khaled Turki, the Seminars Committee of the Private Law Branch met on Monday, September 12, 2022, and a registration project was discussed. Master’s student Raed Khalaf Hamo’s dissertation tagged (legal organization of the hidden company \/ comparative study) under the supervision of Dr. Essam Daoud and in the presence of members of the faculty of the branch, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the title’s registration after making some amendments to it, knowing that the student’s study in Private Law Branch.<\/p>\n
