Headed by Dr. Taima Mahmoud Fawzy and the membership of Dr. Yasser Bassem Thanoun and Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, the Seminars Committee of the Private Law Branch met on Monday, September 12, 2022, and discussed the draft of the master’s student’s thesis registration, Izzat Mustafa Muhammad tagged (multiple opponents and its impact on civil litigation \/ comparative study) under the supervision of Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef and the presence of the faculty members of the branch, and after reviewing the importance, structure and problems of the study, the committee recommended accepting the title’s registration after making some amendments to it, knowing that the student’s study is in the private law branch.<\/p>\n
