Assistant Professor Dr. Raqib Muhammad Jassim, one of the teachers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, gave electronically a scientific lecture in the course of teaching methods held by the Center for Continuing Education at the Presidency of the University of Mosul.
