In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Qidar Abdel Qader Saleh, Head of the Public Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, headed by Dr. Muhammad Abbas Hamoudi and the membership of Dr. Abbas Fadel Saeed and Dr. Rana Abdel Moneim Yahya, the Seminars Committee of the Public Law Branch met and discussed the draft of the master’s student’s thesis registration, Muhammad Khaled Ibrahim, under the supervision of Dr. Talal Abdul Hussein and the presence of the faculty members of the branch, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, knowing that the student’s study is in the public law branch.
