Chaired by Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef and with the membership of Dr. Yasser Basem Thanoun, Dr. Fares Ali Omar and Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, the Seminars Committee of the Private Law Branch met on Tuesday, December 13, 2023. The project for recording the thesis of the master’s student, Muthanna Khalaf Khader, was discussed under the supervision of Dr. Taima Mahmoud Fawzi and in the presence of members of the commission. The teaching staff of the branch, and after examining the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student studies in the private law branch.
