Under the chairmanship of Dr. Muhammad Younis Yahya and the membership of Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, Dr. Iyad Younes, Dr. Fathi Muhammad Fathi and Dr. Suhad Abdel-Jamal Abdel-Karim, the Committee of Seminars for the Public Law Branch met on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, and a project to register the thesis of doctoral student Ahmed Abdel Rasoul Jaafar was discussed under the supervision of Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi and the presence of the faculty members of the branch, and after examining the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s study is in the branch of public law.
