In the presence of Dr. Kedar Abdel Qader Salih, Head of the Public Law Branch, headed by Dr. Abbas Fadel Saeed, and the membership of Dr. Talal Abdel Hussein, Dr. Osama Ahmed Mohamed and Dr. Israa Younis Hadi, the Seminars Committee of the Public Law Branch met and discussed the project of recording the thesis of the doctoral student Abdel Mohamed Qader under the supervision of Dr. Nawfal Ali Abdullah and in the presence of Members of the teaching staff of the branch, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student studies in the branch of public law.
