A doctoral thesis entitled &#8220;Isolation of the Enzyme Cyclooxygenase-2 from Bladder Cancer Patients\u2019\u2019submitted by the researcher \u2018Mohammed Hussein Musa Hamad Al-Jumaili. The thesis dealt with estimating the levels of biochemical variables for bladder cancer patients and studying the influence of smoking, age and gender factors in these variables in bladder cancer patients.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The study also included the isolation and purification of the cyclooxygenase-2 enzyme from the blood serum of bladder cancer patients and the study of its properties.
