Those who design their future today will shape their impact tomorrow.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"360\" data-end=\"769\">Under the patronage of <strong data-start=\"383\" data-end=\"427\">Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmood Al-Ibrahimi<\/strong>, President of the University of Mosul, and with the direct supervision of <strong data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"538\">Professor Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim<\/strong>, Dean of the College of Science, the <strong data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"634\">Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit<\/strong> at the College of Science \u2013 University of Mosul organized a specialized training workshop titled:<br data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"735\" \/>\ud83d\udcdd <strong data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"767\">&#8220;Personal Strategic Plan&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"1008\">This workshop was delivered by <strong data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"832\">Abdulmalik Salem Al-Huwair<\/strong>, an international certified trainer and Director of Al-Qiyadah Schools, and attended by a group of students and individuals interested in self-development and career planning.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1041\">\ud83e\udded <strong data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1041\">Workshop Objectives:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1262\">\n<li data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1099\">\n<p data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1099\">To raise participants&#8217; awareness of self-understanding.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1194\">\n<p data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1194\">To provide practical tools for building clear and realistic personal and professional plans.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1262\">\n<p data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1262\">To empower students in shaping a more stable and positive future.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1290\">\ud83d\udd0d <strong data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1290\">Key Highlights:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1824\">\n<li data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1541\">\n<p data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1541\"><strong data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1310\">SWOT Analysis<\/strong>: Participants explored their strengths and how to leverage them, identified weaknesses with action steps for improvement, discovered opportunities in their environment, and discussed challenges with strategies for overcoming them.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1824\">\n<p data-start=\"1544\" data-end=\"1692\"><strong data-start=\"1544\" data-end=\"1569\">DISC Personality Tool<\/strong>: Each participant identified their behavioral style, tendencies, and assessed their capabilities through three key lenses:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1824\">\n<li data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1736\">\n<p data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1736\">Personal and professional inclinations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"1781\">\n<p data-start=\"1741\" data-end=\"1781\">Tasks they feel competent in performing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1784\" data-end=\"1824\">\n<p data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1824\">Existing skills and prior experiences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"1853\">\ud83c\udf1f <strong data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1853\">Workshop Themes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"2265\">\n<li data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1927\">\n<p data-start=\"1856\" data-end=\"1927\">Identifying future opportunities aligned with academic specializations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1928\" data-end=\"2034\">\n<p data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"2034\">Understanding the potential impact of each individual in serving the community through their profession.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2145\">\n<p data-start=\"2037\" data-end=\"2145\">Exploring the concept of <strong data-start=\"2062\" data-end=\"2083\">&#8220;Life Milestones&#8221;<\/strong>: Key stages individuals aim to achieve in their life journey.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2265\">\n<p data-start=\"2148\" data-end=\"2265\">Reflecting on <strong data-start=\"2162\" data-end=\"2189\">&#8220;Lifetime Achievements&#8221;<\/strong>: Defining major goals that represent personal and professional fulfillment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2545\">This workshop is part of a series of distinctive activities organized by the College of Science, aiming to develop students&#8217;
