Professor Dr. Owais Mowafaq Hamed, faculty member in the Department of Biology at the College of Science \u2013 University of Mosul, chaired the committee for the Ph.D. dissertation defense of the student Adnan Fadel Naseef Al-Azzawi at the College of Science \u2013 University of Tikrit.
