in Nineveh<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"696\">On Sunday evening, August 17, 2025, the <em data-start=\"410\" data-end=\"455\">Governmental and Private Education Festival<\/em> was launched at the Scout Camp grounds in Nineveh Province, organized by Basma Group in cooperation with the Nineveh Education Directorate, with wide participation from universities and colleges under the theme: <em data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"694\">\u201cThe Gifted Generation.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"1088\">The festival was attended by <strong data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"767\">Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi<\/strong>, President of the University of Mosul, <strong data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"833\">Dr. Mazahim Al-Khayyat<\/strong>, Head of the Parliamentary Education Committee, <strong data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"921\">Prof. Dr. Abdulrahim Ibrahim Jassim<\/strong>, Assistant for Scientific Affairs, <strong data-start=\"957\" data-end=\"989\">Prof. Dr. Rafal Hassan Hamed<\/strong>, Administrative Assistant, and <strong data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1053\">Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim<\/strong>, Dean of the College of Science.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1295\">The College of Science had a remarkable participation through a collection of innovative scientific projects presented by its students, reflecting the advanced academic and research level of the College.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1620\">This participation came in line with the festival\u2019s goals to showcase students\u2019 scientific and artistic talents and innovations, and to strengthen bridges of cooperation and communication between educational institutions in the province, in the presence of a
