Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Hayam Adel Ibrahim, the Physics Department at the College of Science is holding a workshop as part of its continuing education activities, entitled \u201cHow to Handle Radiation.\u201d<\/p>\n
The workshop will take place at 11:00 AM on Sunday, March 29, 2026, in the Physics Department’s discussion hall.<\/p>\n
The workshop aims to introduce the fundamentals of radiation and its types, methods of protection and safety when handling it, as well as highlighting its applications in the medical and industrial fields, thereby enhancing the scientific awareness of the participants.<\/p>\n
