This includes preparing suitable environmental conditions and monitoring growth and production stages, with the participation of students from the second and third stages (evening study), under the supervision of a group of department faculty members.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"937\">The project aims to contribute to food security and encourage local production through the cultivation of <strong data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"688\">Agaricus bisporus<\/strong>, one of the most widely consumed mushroom species worldwide, due to its high nutritional value.
