The session was held in the University of Mosul gardens under the supervision of academic mentors responsible for the different study stages, with the participation of several faculty members from the department.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"815\">The meeting addressed examination instructions and grading distribution mechanisms, in addition to regulations governing attendance, absence, and deferment in accordance with approved ministerial guidelines. Students were also guided on the importance of effective time management and its optimal use to achieve academic excellence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"1103\">The organizers emphasized the necessity of adhering to the official examination schedules and following the instructions of examination committees, along with clarifying the distribution of final grades between coursework and final examinations according to the adopted academic system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1554\">The session witnessed active engagement from students, who raised questions and discussed their academic and research needs, with faculty members providing guidance and clarifications.
